Since some time now the future of the web begins. This article is about the project letsencrypt.
Well. I promised to translate everything. So I will do it but I have to inform you that this article is mainly for my german audience.
It is about one special german phrase that translate into "smthg makes sense".
Difference between English and German
In German to make something means that something gets produced. Since sense can not be produced but rather is the result of a logic equation. So in German something results in sense and does not make sense. I know it is quite confusing for non german speaker.
A fictive bookshop named Schiller approached our randomly put together team so that we create a professional web application for them. Of course we started to work enthusiastically on this project. That is the theory now we had over to the real project details.
I succeeded to switch my website to a mobile layout. At first this should have happened roughly half a year ago but my IHK exams prevented it. After another semester I had enough spare time in my holidays and now it should happen. Google noticed me last spring that my website was badly optimized for mobile devices. Because I care about the ranking by google and I did not like the old layout anymore the refresh of my website commenced. Of course the bitching of Google was not the only thing because I had planned a mobile layout for a long time.
In my first semester we had to build a website as group project. With this we should proof our skills in teamwork and different web techniques. For this we should create a website with a city guide for Dresden. We were free to choose a specific topic or just pick some random points. At least there should be choosen 5 points wich should be displayed in text, picture, audio and video. I am proud of the final result.
I present you: The Emimafia Cityguide Dresden.
My site is now up since 2 weeks. (I know that I haven't written anything and I am realy sorry) So I looked trough my protocols of the site. While that I noticed something disturbing.
Kepler is Root
Recently I created my own "Root-Certificate". Roughly I signed a certificate by myself and trusted other certificates against it. Sounded more exciting than it was, didn't it?
This is my site. My precious. It is built with Drupal, for me the number one CMS for a scalable Website.
This site is mostly for shenanigans. This is my test area for drupal and web develoment and possibly a place for feedback from you. For me it is easier to show my results here because nowadays almost everyone has access to the internet and a browser.
